The vineyards were planted in a piedmont of the Andes Mountains, with clay-loam soil and gravel sub-soil that provide an excellent permeability.
Vintage Conditions:
The harvest season was characterized by moderate temperatures during the last stage, which allowed to obtain very fruity and fresh wines.
Harvest:
Hand picked in 12 Kg boxes.
Aging:
30% of the wine was aged in French oak barrels for six months.
Notas
Color: medium to intense red.
Aroma: great aromatic intensity, with outstanding aromas to red fruit, such as plums and cherries, along some floral notes.
Palate: Savory and fresh. The structure and well balanced acidity will enable this wine to achieve a good evolution in bottle.
