35° South Organic Wild Ferment, is a growing line of wines made with organically grown grapes from San Pedro’s certified vineyards and fermented strictly with native yeasts. This line today includes: Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon/Merlot and Merlot-Rosé. Its innovative packaging was distinguished at the Design Awards 2009 of Harper’s Wine & Spirit in the U.K.
