These wines are a tribute to the founding of San Pedro almost a century and a half ago.
They are produced year after year from specific plots of old-vine vineyards with certain emblematic varieties. They are grown in various regions and each has a unique personality that varies from year to year with the nuances of that particular vintage.
1865 Limited Edition: Starting with the 2008 vintage, San Pedro launched a limited edition release of 1865 Single Vineyard—not surpringly called : 1865 – Limited Edition. This is a small production elaborated with the best Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon parcels in the Alto Cachapoal, at aproximately 700mts above sea level on the piedmont of the foothills of the Andes. The project began back in 1997 and was released after a decade of viticultural fine-tuning.
