September 2nd, 2009.- San Pedro Tarapacá group – VSPT Wine Group, is pleased to share that prestigious American magazine Wine Enthusiast has recently nominated VSPT wine-group within its Wine Star Awards finalists nominated for New World Winery of the Year.
VSPT considers this a strong acknowledgement of the contribution SPTWG has been making to the Chilean Industry and is to be included in the company of Argentinean Bodega Catena Zapata, d’Arenberg and Yalumba from Australia, and Canadian Jackson-Triggs.
Wine Enthusiast is celebrating its 10th anniversary of the Wine Star Awards, with nominees from all corners of the globe. These awards recognize excellence on all levels of the industry, from producing Premium wines and spirits to success in their commercialization. Brief descriptions of the nominees will be featured in the November issue, while the winners will be presented in-depth in December. Honors will be presented formally at the annual Wine Star Awards gala dinner on January 25, 2010, at the New York Public Library.
