Tour – Terroir
The route begin with a guided tour through the countryside on a bus. At a viewpoint, passengers get off the bus to better appreciate the spectacular stretch of vineyards, one of the largest continuous plots in Latin America (1,200 hectares). Then, the wine cellars are visited, among them the traditional underground “cava” cellar of cal y canto where the winery’s Premium wines are stored. The tour includes a technical explanation of the vinification, production and bottling processes, and it ends with an instructive guided tasting of the winery’s products.
